By accessing or using the $PARASITE platform you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Content Warning

$PARASITE depicts themes of betrayal, emotional abuse and financial ruin based on real events. Reader discretion is advised.

2. Token Usage & Utility

The $PARASITE token is an SPL‑compliant digital asset issued on the Solana blockchain. It is designed as a narrative and community token with no expectation of financial return. Solana itself does not impose a tax or reflection mechanism on transactions; however, we reserve the right to collect a small royalty on secondary sales (currently 5%) which is deposited into a treasury dedicated to helping survivors of scams, predatory relationships and other financial abuse repay their debts. Holders may participate in governance polls to decide how the treasury is distributed. We cannot guarantee that any particular cause will be funded.

3. Submissions

By submitting a story or any content to the platform you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide licence to use, edit and publish that content in connection with the project. We will anonymise submissions on request.

4. Disclaimers

This project is offered “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or purchase of the token. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; please exercise caution.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
